Job Description
- Req#: 1816260
- Conducts inventory reviews to ensure compliance with client specifications
- Effectively communicate directly with the adjuster or policyholder for any further inquiries or disputes.
- Accurately depreciates items according to the depreciation rates agreed on with the client
- Post claim support: Can calculate recoverable depreciation in support of submissions from policyholder for replacement receipts
- Corresponds with internal and external customers while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, some Xactimate experience
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel and customers
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, achieve goals, organize and take pride in their work
- Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
- Strong database management experience with ability to consistently identify and report on issues
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute or better with accuracy
- Insurance industry experience, minimum 3 years
- Full-Time, Exempt position
- 8-5 Monday through Friday or as determined by hiring manager
- Schedule may change according to business operational needs
- Work is performed in hybrid model split between time in office and remote.
