What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and guide prospective students through the enrollment process
- Organize engaging recruitment events and deliver presentations to diverse groups
- Collaborate with industry partners, community organizations, and higher education institutions
- Utilize outreach methods to drive prospective students to apply and enroll
- Work in a virtual capacity with flexibility for evening and weekend work
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Human Resources, or related field
- Two years of experience in customer service, student recruitment, admissions, or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Ability to work with large populations of students
- Strong relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Four years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related
- Proficiency in analyzing and presenting data
- Experience with online programs
- Familiarity with Purdue University system tools such as Cognos, Slate, SharePoint, etc.
