- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required.
- Three years of Project Management or Process Excellence related experience preferred.
- Certification in project management highly preferred.
- Licensure in healthcare filed preferred (RN, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, etc.).
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks
- $31.75 - $48.00 per hour

Position Highlights:
Job Summary
The Continuous Improvement Advisor serves as the Performance Excellence Office liason to executive sponosors, system leaders, service line leaders, business unit leaders and operations teams for project management and process excellence activities and principles. The Continuous Improvement Advisor will lead multiple operations teams to design and implement new systems that improve quality, safety, efficiency, productivity and reduce costs. The position is responsible for the coordination, communication, training, facilitation and coaching of leaders and teams as continuous improvement systems are implemented and sustained. The position keeps current of industry best practices and recommends as appropriate.
