      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with leadership to drive performance improvement projects within a defined population
      - Conduct risk assessments to achieve KPI targets and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
      - Utilize performance improvement methodologies to address gaps in performance and implement new workflows
      - Analyze data to identify root causes and present action-oriented summaries to executive leadership
      - Research and implement project management technologies to support revenue cycle initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle healthcare experience
      - Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
      - Ability to work independently or in a team within a virtual environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Six Sigma Lean Belt certification
      - Experience with PowerBI and Smartsheet development
      - Familiarity with organizational technology, such as Miro and/or Whiteboard
      - Experience with data analytic systems
