- Deliver TPM-based Outcome solutions through Customer Team training and coaching of TPM based methodologies, securing the value is delivered, ensuring compliance to the Tetra Pak methodologies for Analysis and understanding of customer operational losses.
- Lead contract communication plan as well as contract metrics. Coordinate Daily activities and DMS (Daily Management System) implementation.
- Participate in the TPM-based and advanced Outcome-Based solution governance ensuring regular follow-up on value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Provide Market Operations with customer insights and quantification of potential development of new Solutions.
- Support Market Operations in the TPM-based and advanced Outcome-Based solutions design/sales and delivery risk mitigation.
- Ensure safety, productivity and continuous improvement of quality of delivered services.
- Verifying, refining and developing the effectiveness of such methodologies.
- Support the global network of WCM professionals.
- Develop process improvements (Internal and External) using WCM Consulting Methodology.
- Liaise with Tetra Pak Services to continually improve the Consulting offer.
- Understanding of Customer Satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering is strongly preferred. Master’s in business administration is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
- 5 years experience developing and implementing WCM, Six Sigma and/or TPM methodologies; nice to have experience in manufacturing environment on multinational companies.
- Experience selling consulting services to customers is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, process orientation, a positive service mindset and customer focus
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Good Knowledge and proven understanding of automation platforms, systems design, processing equipment and processes within the food industry is a plus.
- Processing - Production Control; PLC’s Rockwell / Siemens experience a plus, HMI & Database
- Ability to work and meet deadlines under pressure.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Consultant, who will deliver TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)-based Outcome solutions through Customer Team training and coaching of TPM based methodologies, securing the value is delivered, ensuring compliance to the Tetra Pak methodologies for Analysis and understanding of customer operational losses.
In this role you will be an individual contributor who will implement WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Consultancy Services reducing customer costs and improving profitability.The position could be based in Cuautitlán or Monterrey.
You will be travelling 75% of your time to our customer sites.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
