  Schedule- Monday-Friday 7am-330pm

  Requirements:

  - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

  - Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a continuous improvement or process improvement context.

  - Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and identify patterns and trends in complex datasets.

  - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data analysis findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  - Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  - Strong organizational and time management skills.

  - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

  - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

  Minimum Requirements:

  • Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

  Our Base Pay Range for this position

  $18.62 - $31.04
