- Partners with management team to optimize the operation’s processes, and to ensure linkage to the company's financial goals.
- Under direction of GM, coordination + implementation & follow-up yokoten of continuous improvement projects to improve effectiveness, quality, delivery, ergonomics and cost relative to all aspects of manufacturing including material handling, space utilization & overall production system.
- Collects, analyzes, and reports on data from all production-area continuous improvement activities.
- Researches systems and processes and identifies and develops analysis and recommendations to implement tools, processes, and infrastructures to achieve best practices and optimize efficiencies.
- Participates in and/or leads various teams (IMPACT, PIT, TQIT, Special Project, etc.) to integrate and/or reach consensus on processes.
- Communicates with management, engineering, and other CI professionals to ensure that best practices are shared across the organization.

The ideal candidate will, in conjunction with the Management Team, provides strategic leadership in the identification, development, implementation, and monitoring of activities that drive continuous improvement and operations excellence.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology or a related discipline, plus 0 - 2 years of Industrial Engineering or related manufacturing experience.
Salary Range: $70,000- $80,000
