- Collaborate in developing the site's Strategic Plan, aligning FP&R activities with the site's Capacity Growth Plan, Equipment Master Plan, Operational Strategy, Labor and People Strategy, and Communication Strategies.
- Partner with plant management to integrate FP&R initiatives into the site's overall strategy.
- Coordinate the development of a factory responsibility matrix to identify key roles and responsibilities related to FP&R Standards implementation.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through data-driven reviews and cross-functional evaluations of CI projects.
- Establish visual workplace systems using industry-standard color and symbol coding.
- Ensure 5S implementation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) adherence across all equipment and production areas.
- Conduct regular self-assessments of Visual Workplace standards.
- Implement a system to monitor and communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with site leadership.
- Support budget development and leadership financial reviews.
- Oversee data governance for Shop Floor Reporting database.
- Progress autonomous maintenance through various steps in collaboration with Plant Management.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Engineer to assign roles and responsibilities for the Planned Maintenance Program.
- Review Planned Maintenance Metrics regularly to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all equipment and infrastructure have performance-oriented Maintenance Plans.
- Conduct monthly meetings to align production with demand plans.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure operators are trained in relevant areas.
- Ensure operational positions are filled with competent individuals.
- Develop training plans and track skill gap analysis.
- Implement and maintain People Capability standards.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development among employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience
- Project management experience.
- Implementation & leadership of Continuous improvement programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement methodologies
- Continuous Improvement Tools, or FMEA tools.
- Knowledge in SMED and KAIZEN methodologies.

We are looking for a dynamic and continuous improvement minded individual to implement Colgate’s Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) program, FP&R is a series of standards focus on increasing plant capability and throughput, reducing variability, and ensuring capacity is available to support the production plans and deliver targeted service levels
Role Overview:
The FP&R Leader will lead implementation of the FP&R program. The person in this role will facilitate and coordinate the rollout and implementation of Factory Performance & Reliability Standards and will work closely with the Leadership team and key business unit resources and team members;
Lead Factory Performance & Reliability self assessments and drive improvement through standard owner accountability and FP&R Forward Action Plans;
Analyze current process streams across the functions within the site (including work methods, inventory, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement;
Ensure that streamline manufacturing principles (such as operational strategy) are effectively implemented and maintained;
Report status and results of continuous improvement projects to management and employeesKey Responsibilities:

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $114,000.00 - $128,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
