Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

Provides support to Continuous Improvement management team. Receives input to help Continuous Improvement management team in Etnyre Road activities and projects. On a regular basis, facilitate communication between The Etnyre Road team; upper management, vendors, and Etnyre members. Maintains and promotes a clean, organized, and safe environment while interacting with all aspects of the organization to create adhesion and maintain a positive safety culture. Maintains a working knowledge of current Company rules, policies, procedures, and systems.

MAJOR DUTIES:

1. Executes the implementation of visual workplace improvements.
2. Executes process improvements and member training.
3. Aids in establishing and managing value stream performance metrics.
4. Documents elements of standard work and work instructions.
5. Performs time studies and database corrections.
6. Assists with Work-In-Process (WIP) management.
7. Assist where needed with project team tasks.
8. Completes projects in a timely manner.
9. Supports Etnyre in becoming self-sufficient and self-sustaining in process improvement processes to a level of world-class manufacturing.
10. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

General knowledge of fabrication and assembly functions. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools. Aptitude to operate and modify required information in our ERP System.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Some bending and twisting is required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads.)
