      In Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions, we design and manufacture state-of-the-art systems and technology that enable our customers to execute their precision strike missions.

      The Contracts function is the trusted business partner to manage customer relationships, negotiate terms, conditions and contractual agreements, create innovative solutions, and provide regulatory advice to our cross-functional teammates. As a Contracts Professional, this position will be the primary point of contact between the company and customer(s) for contractual matters. The individual hired will draft, prepare, and execute certain internal and external correspondence and contractual agreements with increasing levels of autonomy. Work responsibilities may include:
      Review Customer solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, etc) and prepare proposals and quotes as assigned to ensure they comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policy.
      Independent judgment and analysis of issue/risk identification and resolution.
      Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with customers in defining terms, conditions and requirements via cross-functional coordination.
      Draft, prepare and execute internal and external correspondence regarding contractual matters.
      Compile and maintain all required contractual records and documents in accordance with the contract requirements and company policies and procedures.
      Maintain the official repository for all contractual documentation and correspondence relative to assigned contracts.
      Based on multiple factors, remote work may be a possibility for this position, at the discretion of the business.

      Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

      Required Skills and Education

      • Bachelor’s degree and sufficient years of relevant Contract Management experience or equivalent experience.
      • Effective oral and written communication ability.
      • Solid interpersonal skills involving interfacing, coordinating and negotiating with company personnel and customers.
      • Informed decision-making using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
      • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
      • Resourcefulness to seek out new information and solutions to issues.
      • Ability to obtain a US Secret Clearance

      Preferred Skills and Education

      • Knowledge of DoD contracting & acquisition procedures
      • Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
      • CFCM or other contracting certification
      • Experience with intellectual property licensing
      • Experience with Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
