      The Role

      We are currently seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Contract Administrator to join our Refurbishment team working across property resale and renovation projects (reinstatement & upgrade) as a 6 month, fixed term contract. Responsibilities include:

      • Preparing work orders

      • Issuing purchase orders

      • Processing supplier invoices

      • Adhoc administration and data entry as needed

      • Assistance in the preparation of monthly reporting

      • This is a 6 month, fix term contract

      Your background:

      • You will demonstrate a solid background in an administration role.

      • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

      • Ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency.

      • You will have a professional and positive approach to your work.

      • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

      • Experience with Oracle would be highly regarded.

      • You must hold an Australian diver’s license
