Job Description

- Manage and track sales contracts (MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) through their lifecycle
- Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet policy and risk standards
- Maintain version control and ensure timely approvals and execution
- Support contract data in systems like Salesforce and CLM tools
- Guide Sales on contract best practices and compliance
- Help improve contract templates, processes, and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the quote-to-cash process
- 2u20134+ years in Contract Management, Sales/Legal Ops, or Deal Desk
- Experience with reviewing/redlining commercial contracts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM/CLM tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, etc.)
- Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription sales environments
- Familiarity with pricing, discounting, and compliance in contracts
