      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide contracting support for managed care contracting initiatives, including review and oversight of all contract and amendment proposals
      - Collaborate with system-wide personnel to implement managed care agreements, identifying training and reporting needs
      - Build and maintain managed care contractual terms within the Epic system, ensuring payment accuracy and integrity
      - Research and resolve contract variances and discrepancies, working with various Revenue Cycle areas as necessary
      - Provide training to new and existing partners within the Managed Care Contracting department and assist in developing training materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or healthcare administration
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in revenue cycle, denials management, and contract management
      - At least 3 years of progressive work in Contract Management
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
      - Required to obtain one of the following Epic certifications within one year: Professional Billing Reimbursement Contracts or Resolute Hospital Billing Contracts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree
      - Exposure to project management
      - Experience with medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding
