      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, and software contracts
      - Collaborate with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, and Legal teams to align legal and business terms
      - Track contract status, maintain accurate databases, and manage contract-related documentation
      - Serve as a liaison between the employer and vendors to facilitate contract processes
      - Ensure compliance of contracts with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field
      - Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis
      - Strong understanding of contract law, relevant regulations, and compliance standards
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting and negotiating contract terms
      - Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification
      - Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature and document management
      - Ability to analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and interpret complex legal documents
      - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and track deadlines
      - Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and work with minimal supervision
