      A Day in the Life

      As a Contract Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our capital contracting programs while driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance and compliance effectiveness. You will leverage your analytical and business expertise to ensure accurate contract administration, resolve complex issues across capital programs, and deliver insights that guide executive decision-making. This role offers an opportunity to directly influence our contracting and compliance strategies while collaborating with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to uphold data integrity, enhance process efficiency, and drive overall business performance.

      This position is remote and based in Bogotá.

      Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

      • Support the management of capital contracts through administrative and analytical tasks, proactively addressing and resolving issues involving standard and nonstandard agreements
      • Maintain contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contract ing portfolios
      • Conduct statistical analysis on sales data to ensure accurate reporting and support growth objectives
      • Assist sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics
      • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and information systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms
      • Create and deliver ad hoc reports that provide insights for business reviews, executive leadership , and auditing purposes

      Require d Knowledge and Experience :

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Econ omics , or a related field
      • Minimum one year of experience in sales operations or related roles
      • Knowledge of MS Office - Excel and Data Analysis
      • Fluent in English (B2/C1)
      • Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus
      • Experience writing SQL queries is a plus
