      Position: Contract & Pricing Analyst

      Department: Generic & Ancillary Contracting

      Reports To: EVP, Pharmacy Network

      FLSA: Exempt

      Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

      • Preparing daily pricing analysis for review
      • Loading contracts, amendments, product notifications into the system
      • Maintaining contractual documentation files, hard copy and electronic
      • Communication with various vendors to maintain competitive pricing
      • Running product usage report requests
      • Reviewing various reports to maintain competitive edge, i.e.. WAC Price Reports, Medispan Reports
      • Preparing Business Review Reports for meetings
      • Travel as needed
      • Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)

      Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • 3+ years of contracting/buying experience
      • Experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs and functions
      • Must know Microsoft word
      • Excellent communication skills
      • Knowledge of brand/generic conversions
      • Sound analytical skills, ability to interpret data
      • Must be able to multi-task
      • Strong communication skills
