Job Description
- Req#: R2511319
- - Collect, clean, and analyze contract data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key clauses, and business terms related to procurement activities.
- - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual contract reports for internal stakeholders.
- - Participate in reporting, ongoing enhancement efforts and the daily maintenance/operations of Innomar contracting lifecycle system.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and further develop contracting strategy
- - Development of clause repositories and trackers related to key contracting terms
- - Review and analyze procurement contracts to ensure terms and conditions are favorable and compliant with company policies.
- - Maintain a centralized repository of all procurement contracts and related documents.
- - Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies in collaboration with senior team members.
- - Assist in the planning and execution of contract projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and specifications for procurement initiatives.
- - Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to the procurement team and management.
- - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- - 1-3 years of experience in procurement, contract analysis, or a related role.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- - Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills
- - Strong knowledge of computers to operative effectively with Word, Access and Outlook
