What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact professionally with internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
- Review customer contracts for accuracy and manage order clarifications
- Accept and process customer orders, coordinating with internal departments as necessary
- Handle product invoicing and maintain department service level agreements
- Interface with the Metronet team to provide and obtain relevant information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic telecommunications experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
