Job Description

Lead creative development and execution of our print and digital placements
Work directly with a design partner and producer alongside Redfin’s internal design and marketing teams.
Model excellence in your craft.
Know best practices for marketing channels, are able to present ideas with confidence, all while being able to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders.
4-6+ years of relevant professional experience at an agency or in-house creative team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience using Asana for project management
A portfolio with writing samples demonstrating creative executions scaling across multiple marketing/brand/advertising channels
Experience with campaign creative required; experience with direct mail is a plus
Knowledge of creative principles related to advertising and marketing channels
Effectively develop cross functional relationships while balancing the needs of stakeholders
Ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives
Ability to take ownership and responsibility on projects from creative development through to execution
Willingness and ability to be reactive, flexible, and resourceful under tight deadlines
