      We are currently recruiting for a Contract Corporate Recruiter to work with our large retail client! This individual will guide, develop and partner with managers to identify, attract, and select the best talent for open positions. The Recruiter will source candidates through multiple channels and guide managers in filling positions with the most talented and qualified candidates.

      Overview:

      • Source, screen and refer the most qualified applicants to hiring managers, leveraging social media, networking, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find top talent.
      • Recruit qualified mission-driven candidates via a variety of creative methods (i.e. media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking and data mining).
      • Establish, cultivate, and maintain ongoing relationships with management to understand recruitment needs and identify skills needed for vacancies.
      • Conduct daily calls with potential candidates to build pipeline of applicants to meet common and unique staffing needs.
      • Collect and analyze data and statistics for use in designing recruitment plans and measuring the effectiveness of various recruitment efforts.

      Minimum Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
      • Minimum of 2-3 years of full cycle high volume recruiting experience.
      • Experience using Indeed to attract and source qualified candidates.
      • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
      • Sourced and filled challenging roles.
      • Managed high volume requisition loads.

      Knowledge & Skills:

      • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
      • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
      • Strong interpersonal, persuasion and creative problem-solving skills.
      • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

      *This is a 3 month contract assignment!
