  We are currently recruiting on behalf of a phenomenal organization in the Charlotte market that is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support its internal Talent Acquisition team. This fully remote role will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates for a variety of corporate-level roles.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates for roles in HR, Finance, Marketing, and other corporate functions

  • Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural alignment

  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines and provide regular reporting to leadership

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to align on role requirements and hiring strategy

  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to proactively identify and engage passive talent

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate documentation and notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  Qualifications:

  • Must reside within 60 miles of Charlotte, NC

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment

  • Strong sourcing skills, with demonstrated proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with a high level of independence and accountability in a remote setting
