Job Description
- Req#: 1766
- Manage and refine the product backlog, write user stories, and perform release planning
- Prioritize and implement product enhancements based on product evaluation, user feedback, and compliance requirements
- Contribute to providing innovative and workable solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations
- Attend development meetings and ceremonies, working closely with the technical product manager throughout development
- Articulate business and customer value to the development team and use it to guide iterative development
- Provide release notes and demonstrations with product releases
- Track & communicate successes or impediments in your respective area throughout the organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field will be considered, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in Fraud or Security-focused product owner role
- In-depth knowledge of scrum and agile software development principles; certified scrum product owner preferred
- Hands-on experience creating user stories with a development team
- Strong cross-functional written and verbal communication skills (e.g., technical and business audiences)
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Experience with fraud and security tools and processes
- Experience with implementing API’s
- Experience implementing solutions that require 3rd party integrations
- Experience with receivables and collection business units
