Position: Contract Enterprise Fraud and Security Product Owner

Location: Atlanta/Hybrid work model

The Opportunity: The Contract Enterprise Fraud and Security Product Owner will collaborate with cross-functional leaders in Security, Fraud, Customer Experience, and Account Recovery to tackle both existing and emerging risks. The insights and expertise will play a vital role in crafting solutions that enhance customer experience and contribute to the overall stability and success of Purchasing Power.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and refine the product backlog, write user stories, and perform release planning
• Prioritize and implement product enhancements based on product evaluation, user feedback, and compliance requirements
• Contribute to providing innovative and workable solutions to satisfy customer needs and expectations
• Attend development meetings and ceremonies, working closely with the technical product manager throughout development
• Articulate business and customer value to the development team and use it to guide iterative development
• Provide release notes and demonstrations with product releases
• Track & communicate successes or impediments in your respective area throughout the organization
  

The Experience You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field will be considered, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in Fraud or Security-focused product owner role
• In-depth knowledge of scrum and agile software development principles; certified scrum product owner preferred
• Hands-on experience creating user stories with a development team
• Strong cross-functional written and verbal communication skills (e.g., technical and business audiences)
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
• Experience with fraud and security tools and processes
• Experience with implementing API’s
• Experience implementing solutions that require 3rd party integrations
• Experience with receivables and collection business units
