POSITION SUMMARY
The Buyer’s primary responsibility is to serve as the pivotal contact between operations and our external manufacturing partners. This position includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful
production, quality control, and cost optimization of products through our contract manufacturers.This position will have responsibility for overseeing co-packers production schedules, managing inventory levels,
material movements within the plants. This position will process receipts of incoming finished goods and components as needed.

Essential Function Statement(s)
● Build strong relationships with our contract manufacturing partners, by serving as a single point of contact for all operational deliverables that align/meet business objectives.
● Generate purchase orders and work order using ERP system
● Monitors inventory levels and places order accordingly
● Responsible for monitoring and ordering component inventory to ensure min levels on hand
● Manage component inventory purging as needed based on design or regulatory changes
● Review production schedules to ensure proper planning based on inventory levels
● Work with Warehouse, Receiving and QA Departments to address inventory issues and eliminate delays
● Perform Receiving functions into ERP system
● Inventory Cycle Counting as needed
● Close work orders accordingly while reviewing impact before and after closure.
● Other duties assigned.

Other Requirements:
Minimum Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration,Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. Held a position in Purchasing, preferred
contract manufacturing experience for a minimum of two years or more. Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to use computer, fax, phone and other general office equipment. Basic skills in math, including
algebra are required.
Pay, Benefits & Perks:
The estimated yearly salary for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. This pay is an estimate and the exact compensation may vary depending on an applicant's location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may also include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission) if applicable.
