What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for loading, modeling, supporting, and maintaining managed care contracts and fee schedules within the contract management system
- Assists in resolving payment discrepancies and ensures accurate contract terms for patient care and billing integrity
- Conducts prospective modeling of proposed contracts and scenarios to support operations and negotiations
- Generates standard reports and surveys to monitor market trends
- Analyzes and determines financial impact of fee schedule changes to support managed care contract negotiations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Care Management, or related field
- Certification in EPIC application modules for hospital and professional billing reimbursement contracts
- 3 years of experience in decision support or financial analysis in a managed care healthcare provider environment
- Proficiency in computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, database, and report writer software
- Knowledge of managed health care contracts and experience with contract modeling and management systems
- Strong financial analysis and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Additional certifications in healthcare management or financial analysis
- Experience in risk-based contracting methodologies and global transplant agreements
