      Job Summary

      Primary contact for new contract requests from business owners. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors. Guides business owner through contracting process, including but not limited to Third Party Risk Management, IT Demand Management, Clinical Variation Reduction, legal, insurance, finance, Group Purchasing Organization to assess and limit contractual risk.

      Qualifications

      • Education: 4 Year / bachelor's degree in business management, Supply Chain, Law, Political Science, Economics or a related field, required.
      • Experience: 3 years experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating contracts, required.
      • Licensure/Certification: Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) or Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certification, preferred.
      • Additional Skills (required):
        • Excellent organizational and communication skills
        • Demonstrate appropriate questioning attitude
        • Experience with contracting, negotiation and operational terms
        • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications and CLM applications
