  As Contract Performance Manager (CPM) you will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  As Contract Performance Manager (CPM) you will :

  • Develop an operational year plan for the own department activities.
  • Suggest improvements in products, processes and procedures.
  • Contribute to plan of larger unit.
  • Perform in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
  • Assure timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project, and negotiate changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
  • Be responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
  • Perform proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision ·
  • Provide support to manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts Function as the liaison for the customer on contract matters
  • Work together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Handle standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Handle diverse clients in a region.
  • Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

  To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services).
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
