Job Description

- Specifically, this contract role will manage:
- The post-acquisition integration of financial data into our Netsuite ERP system
- Improvements/updates to our existing implantation of Netsuite
- The post-acquisition integration of laboratory data into a new Laboratory Information System (LIMS)
- Assist with additional post-acquisition project activities as time permits
- Manages project teams for optimal management of resources, time, budget, and requirements
- Aligns project and program activities, deliverables, and outcomes with the goals of the organization
- Defines project roles and responsibilities by ensuring that project members understand what is expected from them and what they should expect from one another
- Leads project planning activities by directing the creation, approval, and ongoing change control of the project plan and associated timelines
- Responsible for project tracking via risk management, schedule management, scope management & stakeholder management
- Promotes a culture of relentless transparency by encouraging a culture of trust where escalations to resolve stagnant problems are viewed as good for the team rather than evidence of discord or conflict
- Acts as a Servant Leader by taking on extra tasks for the benefit and/or success of the team, facilitating questions and/or training, being an active listener, and maintaining overall team morale
- Must have some knowledge/experience in managing Netsuite-related projects
- Knowledge of laboratory information systems (LIMS) is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to apply leadership, influence, sales, and negotiating skills to collaborative, multi-departmental projects to achieve critical business outcomes.
- Must have the ability to react quickly and creatively to understand and solve complex problems using strong time management, organizational, prioritization, analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in creating clear and concise documentation.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and can work both independently and cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and third parties

Job Location: UndisclosedSalary Range: UndisclosedTransnetyx is seeking a full-time contract-to-hire Project Manager. You are responsible for coordinating people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered within budget and within scope, using each discrete project to progressively enhance and strengthen our collaborative environment. Manages key initiatives that are critical to Transnetyx business objectives and strategy.
The PM achieves these objectives through the constant attention to team-based communication and collaboration. Projects typically do not fail or succeed because of technical factors; they fail or succeed depending on how well people work together. To that end, the project manager takes a team-based approach to managing and fulfilling each project’s objectives. WHAT YOU WILL BRING
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Certified Scrum Master is desirable.
PMP is required.
EXPERIENCE:
2-4 years’ experience in project management or a related field is required
