What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle
- Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and key recruiting contacts
- Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and external client reporting
- Clarify job specifications and recruitments with HR Business Partner(s) and business unit hiring managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
- Search firm experience, a plus
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
