- Familiar with relevant federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations affecting the A-E industry.
- Review and analyze federal, state, and other contracts and agreements as assigned by the Sr. Counsel and Contracts Paralegal.
- Assist with the overall contract review process and procedures.
- Manage the contract review inbox.
- Maintain and update the contract review log.
- Assist in timely responses to review requests.
- Update materials and information on the company intranet.
- Maintain and update registration in various pre-qualification portals.
- Maintain a database and develop reports as required or necessary.
- Organize, manage, and maintain a file system for contracts and related issues.
- Manage the Legal Department Shared File Folder, including all electronic data.
- Research and address various issues.
- Answer questions and resolve escalated issues.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of related experience in the A/E industry
- Paralegal experience helpful

The position of Contract Reviewer involves providing essential support to the Legal Department by performing contract reviews and managing related documents and materials. This role requires a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting the Architecture and engineering industry.

This position is remote, preferably based on the East Coast.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.50 - $45.00/hr.
