What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and resolve complex problems that require innovative solutions
- Perform service agreement data entry and processing with close attention to detail
- Maintain daily customer accounts, handling service changes, updates, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
- Support internal and external customer inquiries via phone, email, or Teams
- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for current processes to enhance quality and productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree related to Business Administration, Accounting, or Marketing, or 4 years of equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills
