      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and analyze contracts to assess financial and administrative impact, ensuring alignment with corporate goals
      - Review, negotiate, and implement contracts, including audit participation and cross-departmental problem-solving
      - Lead and train team members in contract data entry processes and collaborate with IS to develop reports and workflows
      - Monitor contract performance using software tools and internal feedback to ensure service quality
      - Manage contract renewals and resolve issues, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a health-related field
      - 2-4 years of experience in managed care, business, legal studies, health, or a related field
      - 6 months of experience in a contract management environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with contract management software
      - Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to contracts
      - Experience in negotiation and deal closure
      - Ability to work collaboratively across departments
