What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with technical experts and USCG contracting personnel to assist with procurement packages
- Identify compliant methods for simplified acquisitions under the SAT
- Draft solicitations and summarize responses for both commercial and non-commercial supplies
- Manage post-award acquisition duties, including performance management and invoice payments
- Provide guidance on complex acquisition contracts and interpret applicable regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Federal, State, Local, or Commercial Acquisition
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or ability to be trained
- Experience with Federal Government Acquisition systems preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid state driver’s license and ability to maintain insurance coverage

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the Federal Procurement Data System – Next Generation (FPDS-NG)
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with government contracting processes
