What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites according to local processes
- Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms in line with company and client expectations
- Ensure compliance with negotiation parameters and budgetary guidance
- Identify and assess legal, financial, and operational risks and escalate as necessary
- Coordinate with internal departments to align site startup activities with contractual timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research or related fields
- Good understanding of contract law principles and business financial principles
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in investigator grant negotiation
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical product development process and the role of CROs
- Proficiency in using automated systems and computerized applications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
