      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support country Study Start Up (SSU) strategy in collaboration with the Study Start Up Team Lead and Managers
      - Coordinate, prepare, and execute clinical study contracts and amendments for assigned projects
      - Track and oversee contract status, including dispatch and return of contracts
      - Negotiate financial and legal conditions, escalating issues as necessary
      - Serve as the single point of contact for local Legal and Ethics Review Committee submissions as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry
      - Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials
      - Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
      - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree or legal qualification in a relevant field
      - Experience working with international contracts and regulations
      - Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and Health Authority requirements
      - Proven track record of successful contract negotiations in a clinical research setting
      - Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
