      Compensation: £27,500 raising to £29,500 post probation

      The role

      As a Contract support Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide an effective, pro-active and professional administrative service supporting the London fire Brigade

      Day to day, you’ll provide key operational activities including administration of timesheets, internal course bookings and performance management information.

      • Facilitate new employee induction days, ensuring new training staff are equipped with the necessary IT equipment and information elating to their role.
      • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Trainers Timesheet System (TTS) and related Policies and Procedures.
      • Arrange, track and monitor all Occupational Health appointments


      Essential experience of the Contract support Coordinator,

      • You’ll need administration experience and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
      • The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.

      Hybrid role 2 days onsite 3 days’ work from home


      The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance level for this role.
