      Position: Contract UX/UI Designer

      Location: Remote (Southeast Region)

      The Opportunity: The Contract UX/UI Designer will assist the eCommerce UX team. You will be responsible for gathering user requirements, conducting research, designing, and testing to enhance user engagement and conversions on the eCommerce site and mobile app, with a primary focus on the cart and checkout experience. Resume and Portfolio are required to be considered.

      What You Will Do:

      • Gather and evaluate user requirements from stakeholders
      • Conduct competitive analyses of similar websites and usability testing and gather feedback for continuous design improvements
      • Create user-centered designs through research, testing, and usability studies in an agile environment
      • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that demonstrates a seamless user journey
      • Ensure website responsiveness and optimization for various devices
      • Focus on user research to uncover customer insights, user acceptance testing and report findings
      • Innovative problem-solving and improvement methods
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapid prototyping
      • Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio

      The Experience You Will Bring:

      • Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or related field
      • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in eCommerce
      • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile-first design approaches
      • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
      • Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
      • Skilled in A/B testing, usability testing, and user research
      • Knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
      • Strong problem-solving, attention to details, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
      • Effective project management skills
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
