- Req#: R0000305793
- Draft, negotiate, and manage IT contracts (e.g. MSAs, SOWs, Cloud & Software Agreements)
- Negotiate non-commercial terms (indemnity, liability, IP, confidentiality) with U.S./U.K.-based suppliers
- Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, signatures, and storing in our contract lifecycle management system (NextGen)
- Act as a point of contact for business stakeholders, suppliers and legal counsel
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and procurement standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and analyze contract lifecycle performance
- Bachelor’s degree required
- multiple years of experience in contract negotiation or procurement (IT-related experience is essential)
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Solid knowledge of procurement systems and IT contract structures
- Strong organisational and project management skills and significant attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- High ethical standards, interpersonal and collaborative approach
- Flexible to work shifts: either 7:00–9:00 a.m. to 3:00–5:00 p.m. CET or 12:00–8:00 p.m. CET
- Stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated initiative, good judgment and accountability
- Law degree
- Experience in shared services or international procurement
- Familiarity with tools such as Coupa, NextGen
- Understanding of procurement and legal compliance standards in the EAME and the U.S. regions
- Prior experience providing contracting support for a public company

In this role, you will manage end-to-end IT procurement contracts for the EAME region, with focus on U.S. and U.K. markets. You will lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and collaborate across global teams to support strategic business goals.
