      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance during benefits enrollment
      - Communicate benefit plan details and assist customers in navigating the software
      - Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce
      - Provide estimated timelines for issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
      - Ability to work collaboratively to resolve issues
      - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technology
      - Strong multitasking skills to handle a high volume of calls and multiple projects
      - Team player mindset with a drive to grow within the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working with benefits plans, hospital systems, or Benefitfocus software
