Job Description (Posting).
"Roles and Responsibilities:1. Business Analysis: - Gather and analyze business requirements, incidents related to commissions. - Understand the end-to-end Lead to Cash process and identify areas where SAP Commissions can be optimized.2. System Configuration: - Configure SAP Commissions to meet business needs. - Ensure the system is set up to accurately calculate and process commissions based on sales data.3. Integration: - Work with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP FI) to ensure seamless integration. - Ensure data flows correctly between different systems and modules.4. Testing and Validation: - Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets business requirements. - Validate commission calculations and payouts to ensure accuracy.5. User Training and Support: - Provide training to end-users on how to use SAP Commissions. - Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.6. Documentation: - Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Ensure all changes and updates are well-documented.7. Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Stay updated with the latest SAP Commissions features and best practices.8. Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. - Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into commission-related activities.Desired Skills:1. SAP Commissions Expertise: - Deep understanding of SAP Commissions (formerly CallidusCloud) configuration and functionality. - Ability to customize commission plans, rules, and workflows.2. Lead to Cash process: Ensure that the commission calculations are accurately integrated with the sales cycle, from lead generation to cash collection. This involves: - Lead Management: Ensuring that leads are tracked and commissions are calculated based on successful conversions. - Order Management: Configuring the system to handle complex commission structures based on different sales scenarios. - Billing and Invoicing: Ensuring that commissions are correctly calculated and reflected in billing and invoicing processes. - Revenue Recognition: Aligning commission calculations with revenue recognition policies to ensure financial accuracy.3. Integration Knowledge: - Proficiency in integrating SAP Commissions with other SAP modules like SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting). - Understanding of data flow and integration points within the Lead to Cash process.4. Data Management: - Strong skills in data analysis, data mapping, and data validation. - Experience with data migration and ensuring data accuracy.5. Testing and Troubleshooting: - Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans. - Skills in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues.6. Business Process Understanding: - In-depth knowledge of the Lead to Cash process and how commissions fit into it. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.7. Documentation and Reporting: - Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including system configurations and user guides. - Skills in generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into commission-related activities.Desired Experience:- Overall 7-9 + years of SAP Commissions Functional Analyst experience, including:-1. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the following:- -SAP Commissions configuration, Ability to customize commission plans, rules, and workflows. -Commission calculations are accurat
