- Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, construction or related and 3 years of experience in contract, procurement, finance, construction or related field
- OR Associates in business, finance, construction or related and 5 years of experience in contract, procurement, finance, construction or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and 7 years of experience in contract, procurement, finance, construction or related field.
- ( 35 %) Monitor and assist in the contract renewal process, working with departments and services lines to ensure renewals are timely and accurate.
- ( 25 %) Manage relationships with department and service line administrators and staff and UAMS customers to provide service and advice as needed related to revenue contracts.
- (20 %) Provide financial oversight, analysis and reporting related to contract profitability, billing, and collections to department and service line management, leadership, and external organizations, and management as scheduled or as needed.
- ( 10 %) Input, verify and maintain information in the contracts management system
- (5%) Monitor processing of invoices in Workday Non-Sponsored Customer billing and ensure invoices are timely, accurate and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Reconcile Workday data to Ntracts and internal tracking tools.
- ( 5 %) Complete projects as requested.

Contracts Analyst is responsible for managing revenue contracts for departments and services lines across UAMS. The Contracts Analyst provides financial review and oversight of assigned contracts including profitability, billing, collections, and provides various financial reports to department and service line management, leadership, and external organizations. Contracts Analyst builds and maintains relationships with department and services line administrators and staff to assist in overall management of revenue contracts. Contracts Analyst is responsible for Revenue Budget and Ad Hoc Financial analyses and reporting to aid in the annual budgeting process.
