      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise agency staff on strategies for acquiring goods and services for various programs and projects
      - Provide technical assistance in developing solicitation documents such as RFOs, RFPs, and RFQs
      - Prepare and review contracting documents, ensuring compliance with agency guidelines
      - Analyze scopes of work and project components to identify risks and ensure thoroughness
      - Coordinate advertising of solicitations and facilitate pre-proposal meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, law, or a related field
      - At least one year of professional contracts and procurement experience
      - Knowledge of rules and regulations related to public agency contracts
      - Experience in coordinating advertising and outreach efforts for procurement
      - Ability to analyze documents and data sets with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial management, project management, and procurement software
      - Familiarity with public agency funding sources and procurement requirements
      - Strong writing and editing skills for drafting and reviewing documents
