What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, draft, negotiate, and coordinate various sales-related documents
- Understand legal, financial, regulatory, and business risks associated with contracts
- Resolve contract term conflicts by proposing alternative solutions
- Collaborate with various internal groups across the organization
- Ensure consistent and accurate organization of all contract files
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or legal-related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience in commercial and government contracting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Life & Laboratory Sciences and/or Healthcare industries
- Knowledge of commercial sales terms and structures
