      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the storage and tracking of contract documentation and data in accordance with contractual and regulatory obligations
      - Support the Contracts Team in coordinating user set-up and providing technical assistance and training for the CLM platform
      - Prepare agreements and amendments using established templates for review by supervisors
      - Assist in tracking the contract approval and execution process, ensuring data integrity
      - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate data entry into the CLM platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration or a related field
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in procurement, contracting, or business operations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and DocuSign
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with client relationship management or vendor life cycle management software
      - Familiarity with data analysis techniques
      - Knowledge of DocuSign, SharePoint, and Icertis vendor management software
      - Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
      - Willingness to travel as needed
