      In short, the Control Design Intern will assist in:

      • Testing systems and processes against appropriate regulations.
      • Tracking testing items to share assessments appropriately with the business.
      • Quantifying testing results to socialize results.
      • Partnering with other areas of the business to continue to strengthen monitoring and testing framework.

      · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.

      · Strategic thinker. We are looking for an individual that takes an insightful, future oriented, open-minded and proactive approach to thinking.

      The Specifics.

      • You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of 12/2024 – 5/2025
      • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, STEM, or other related field
      • Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2024 to August 2024
      • Internships will be based out of our Dallas, TX office
      • You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
