- Build, tap, and drill control panels according to schematics and blueprints.
- Wire control panels onto piping systems.
- Run conduit through piping systems.
- Utilize tape measures daily to read in inches and centimeters.
- Inspect and test panels regularly.
- 1-2 years of electrical panel building and wiring experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in reading prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- 1-2 years of experience using hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of AC/DC voltage.
- Experience as a Pre-Apprentice Electrician or Electrician.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- 1 year of experience with running conduit.
Job Title: Control Panel/Electrical Assembly
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual for a control panel wirer/builder position, focusing on constructing large custom water purification and osmosis systems. These systems are significant piping apparatuses designed for reverse osmosis filtration water, intended for sports stadiums and large commercial buildings. The role involves working in a job project shop rather than a production line. You will be responsible for building, tapping, and drilling in control panels, wiring each panel onto the piping systems, and running conduit as per schematics and blueprints. This unique position offers a varied work experience, with every week and month presenting new challenges, akin to an indoor construction crew working collaboratively in an air-conditioned environment.

Work Environment
The work environment consists of a large new production shop with ample assembly space, a small wiring area, and a small welding area. Experience a very relaxed atmosphere where communication is encouraged, especially if you need a day off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
