Location: Location: Valls, Spain | Shifts: 7:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00
We’re looking for a Control Tower Logistics Analyst to manage spot shipments across Europe by road, air, sea, and rail. This role is based at our Valls administrative office—a dynamic and well-connected location within Lear’s network. While based in Valls, you’ll support operations for the Seating division and other European plants.Requirements:
• Coordinate shipments across Europe based on plant needs
• Be the main contact for carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Resolve delays or transport issues quickly and effectively
• Track shipments and keep documentation accurate and up to date
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Audit transport invoices and ensure compliance with Lear procedures
Responsibilities:
• Degree in logistics, engineering, business, or similar
• Fluent English (Spanish or other languages a plus)
• Relevant experience in logistics or transport coordination
• Familiarity with TMS, Excel, and OutlookAbout the company
