Alliance Resource Group is partnered with a growing Commercial/ Residential contractor that has projects in Southern California and the Bay area. Due to their current growth trajectory, the President is looking for a solid Corporate Controller who will be pivotal in growing the organization and work closely with the President, GM and VP of Sales. Responsibilities include: Responsible for timely, accurate, and efficient accounting close on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Oversees a team of three staff (AP, AR and Payroll/ HR) Develop, maintain, and enhance accounting and finance policies, processes, and procedures to company with US GAAP Responsible for treasury function and payroll for company personnel Develop and work alongside of project managers to maintain budgets, forecasts, and flux analysis to support decision making of senior management Assist in the preparation of project proformas, budget approvals and life cycle cash flow forecasting.
