      Responsibilities:

      • Aligns the strategic financial plan locally by defining and outlining goals and activities

      • Conducts monthly and year-end closure actions, including the corresponding reporting

      • Prepares Annual Operating Plan, including the monitoring of budget deviations, Key Performance Indicator development, and coordinating improvement initiatives

      • Oversees the investment planning process and runs the Investment Evaluation Analysis

      • Monitors and ensures legal and financial compliance

      • Manages the Controlling structure of the location and/or legal entity and contributes to developing tools aimed at improving financial accuracy

      • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment

      • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while developing employees, driving Talent Acquisition and Management processes, and fostering a proactive work culture

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
      Specified Years of Industry-relevant experience
      Specified Years of Relevant Leadership experience
      Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
      Professional-Level English language skills preferred
