Job Description
- Req#: 40050
- Continuous development of group-wide controlling systems and processes
- Optimization of the reporting system and the key performance indicators
- Preparation of the BENTELER Group's corporate planning
- Expert on the set up and design of target group specific financial reports, analyses and corporate presentations for various stakeholders such as the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board, shareholders and investors
- Interface between the corporate departments Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Strategy
- Working on various financial projects
- Direct contact person for the Executive Board (analyses, recommendations)
- Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Finance, etc.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar position preferred
- SAP BI knowledge and high affinity for IT advantageous
- Experience with modern planning tools and controlling systems preferred
- Very good skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent English language skills (C1) and basic knowledge of German (B1/B2)
- Understanding of how to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner, always keeping the needs of the relevant stakeholders in mind
- Flexibility, high commitment and very good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and structured working style
- Varied range of tasks in a dynamic and international team with flat hierarchies
