What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Lead month-end close process and prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
- Lead annual audit, tax estimates, and commercial insurance policy renewal
- Cash flow management and forecasting process development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ten+ years of related experience with a minimum of two years in a management role
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA preferred with extensive knowledge of GAAP
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive process improvements
- Advanced knowledge of financial computer systems
